Valentino and Chopard to open in Miami's Brickell City Centre

Simon Property Group, Whitman Family Development and Swire Properties Inc. announced this week that Valentino and Chopard will open retail locations in Miami's Brickell City Centre set to open in fall 2016.

The luxury retailers are the first of many retail announcements for the $1.05 billion dollar, 500,000 square-foot, mixed-use project. Both stores will be on the first level of Brickell City Centre, the level that will house luxury retailers. The second and third floors will house premium and contemporary retailers, beauty, home décor, jewelry, apparel and other retailers.

"Valentino and Chopard represent the unprecedented level of shopping that we envision for Brickell City Centre and for the transformation of Miami into a global metropolis and rich shopping destination," said Courtney Lord, vice president of leasing for Whitman Family Development.

Valentino and Chopard join Saks Fifth Avenue, which will occupy three floors of the retail center as an anchor tenant.
 
Brickell City Centre will reveal an additional mix of contemporary brands next week.
