Space NK upsizes in Covent Garden

As landlord Capco has announced more beauty openings in Covent Garden, another property specialist — the Mercers’ Company — has revealed that Space NK has selected 3 Neal Street to launch its new, significantly upsized, double level Covent Garden store this May.

It’s a further vote of confidence in the area with the Covent Garden and Seven Dials neighbourhoods having become magnets for independent and globally prominent beauty names in recent years.

Space NK’s relocation from 32 Shelton Street sees it moving a short distance to a much larger 2,000 sq ft unit. It will be the brand’s first ever space split across ground floor and basement.

Covering the two floors means the brand new store will be able to offer a curated selection of over 100 brands. The additional basement space will greatly expand the retailer’s product offering.

Charlie Evans, Head of Retail at Space NK, said: “As the location of our first store over 25 years ago, Covent Garden is an integral part of our history. The new Neal Street space will be our first ever two floor store and we are looking forward to our customers visiting our expanded location and shopping a range of beauty products.”
