Rites opens 'Reloved' pop-up in East london

Fashion resale and rental platform Rites is opening ‘Rites Relove’, the brand’s first pop-up store in East London on Wednesday.

Celebrating its mission to “keep fashion in circulation”, the temporary store will operate until  5 April at Broadway Market, East London.

Rites Relove will offer a curated edit of pre-loved, sample and archive clothing, dresses, bags and accessories, “while reducing clothing waste and creating positive change in the fashion industry”.

The pop-up will feature labels including Faithfull the Brand, Stine Goya, Arkitaip, Rixo and more at up to 80% off, as well as vintage pieces from Gucci, Balenciaga and Miu Miu. 

The store will also stage events throughout the month and customers will be able to book shopping appointments and “give resale a try by selling their own preloved items”.

The new store will also see Rites working with Croco Studio flowers and ethical platform Sustainable Dept Store which offers organic beauty, conscious fashion and ethical homewares brands.

Founder Meg O’Hara said the pop-up will be key “especially [for] anyone who might be interested in monetising their own wardrobe but hasn’t taken the plunge yet”.
