Nudea launches new virtual fit tools

A staggering 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. That’s according to Nudea, so the intimates brand is doubling down on its mission to provide underwear “that fits the way it’s supposed to”.

After launching with custom-built fit tools in 2019, the brand has been working to improve and develop its important touchpoints “to make it even easier to find the perfect fit at a place and time that feels comfortable”. 

It new Virtual Fitting room, powered by Livesell, includes an always-on live video chat function where shoppers can chat to one of Nudea’s team of bra experts. The team is able to talk through how to use the self-measurement-at-home Fit Tape, discuss any current bra fit issues and recommend styles to suit.

Nudea’s CEO and founder Priya Downes said: “Our new virtual fitting room not only mimics the in-store experience of getting a one-to-one bra fitting, but our bra fitter can take you through styles online and checkout with you all in one click, ensuring a seamless private shopping experience all in one session.

“Much like shopping in a department store, we have a dedicated page where customers can immediately access our bra fitter, or if she’s already with a client, can wait in the waiting room or book in at another time that is more convenient.”
