G-Star names Kasabian guitarist as face of campaign

Old habits die hard at G-Star, who has once again chosen to use Berlin trade show Bread&Butter as the platform to announce the face of its latest campaign. This time around, the Dutch jean-maker has chosen Kasabian’s Sergio Pizzorno and Russian ballet dancer Keenan Kampa to front its campaign.

Previous faces of the brand come from a wide range of backgrounds, with Arizona Muse, Clémence Poésy, Liv Tyler and Gemma Arterton all fronting G-Star womenswear. Previous males who have taken on the role include Caleb Landry Jones, Vincent Gallo and Magnus Carlsen.

The usual suspect behind the camera at G-Star Anton Corbijn – who has shot rockstars U2 and Dêpeche Mode - will be taking a backseat for this campaign. Images for campaign will be released in August.
